For vial running there is one requrement and thats to fininsh shilo village quest one your done go to Shilo village bank and take out 4k. After that run to the general store right beside the bank and buy all the vials of water. Keep doing this and switching worlds then once you have 1k vials of water go on herblore forums and look for a buyer (or post your own topic on selling water filled vials). Great Tips!!"
