Following on from cheat 1. Once you've mined/or purchased some rune essence, go and craft air runes (For a start). Initially when you start, you will only be able to craft 1 air rune per essence you have. But later on, you'll be able to get several air runes per essence, meaning more profit for you. For example, say you have 10 rune essence, eventually, you'll be able to craft 40 air runes from this. So 10 rune essence would cost about 360 40 air runes would sell for around about 800 So you've more than doubled your money.
